Visit from former student, Finn Cole

​We were very excited to see former student, Finn Cole, on Thursday 22nd June after he popped in to see his Drama & Theatre Studies teachers. Finn is known for his roles in Peaky Blinders, An Inspector Calls and Animal Kingdom.

Parent Governor Vacancy

​​There is currently a vacancy for a Parent Governor on the College Governing Body and any parent of a current 6.1 student, or prospective student for September 2017, may offer themselves for election. Parents serve for a term of two years, irrespective of how long their daughter or son remains at the College

The Charlie O'Donoghue Award

​This award is in memory of Charlie O'Donoghue, an Esher College student who tragically died in 2003, and is awarded annually for outstanding sporting achievements and behaviour. This year's winner, Abi Gomez, has displayed all the qualities associated with this sports personality of the year award.

World Book Night

​​The Learning Resource Centre celebrated World Book Night on Friday 21st April by holding a free book giveaway. Students were able to pick up their free copy of Lies We Tell Ourselves by Robin Talley from Librarian and LRC Manager, Jo Canessa.

Higher Education Day 2017

​​We were delighted to welcome 93 universities to the College for our annual Higher Education Day on Tuesday 21st March. In the morning, 6.1 students attended over 65 seminars led by academics from local universities, offering advice on what it is like to study particular degree courses at university.

2017 Green Week

​Last week was 'Green Week' at Esher College and various activities took place around the College to raise awareness of environmental issues and sustainability. Throughout the week each day had a different focus and students were encouraged to get involved
