All applications are made via our Online Applicant Portal.

Please use your personal email address to create an account and start your application.

For your application, you will need:

  • Your personal details
  • Current school details
  • GCSE subjects and predicted grades
  • Your preferred A Level/BTEC subjects
  • Details of any relevant interests or achievements
  • Parent/carer contact details, if required

  • Applications Open      Monday 29 June 2026, at 10am
  • Applications Close      Tuesday 29 September 2026, at midday

Will I get a place?

If you are a Guaranteed Applicant, you will automatically receive a place if you meet the following critera:

  • Reside in KT6, KT7, KT8 or KT10.
  • Attend one of the designated state schools which doesn’t have a sixth form – see Admissions Policy 2027 for the full list of Guaranteed Schools.
  • Or be a sibling of a current or former Esher Sixth Form College student, who completed a two-year programme at the College in the last 10 years.

Open Applicants are any applicants who are not Guaranteed, looked After/ Previously Looked After and do not have an Education Health & Care Plan. Open Applicants will be entered into the Open Ballow and will be notified on 1 October 2026 if their application has been successful, as long as they have submitted a complete application by the deadline. Any Open Applicants who do not receive a place via the ballot, may be placed on the reserve list.
