Your Admissions Journey

Interviews take place once a month between November and April online through MS Teams. The purpose of your interview is to agree your study programme. If you have changed your mind about the subjects that you have put on your application form, you can discuss your options with your interviewer in more detail.

You will receive an email a few days before your interview, and at the bottom will be the link (or telephone number) you will use to join. For more information visit How to Join my Course Interview.

After your interview, you will need accept your place. To do this, log into your Online Applicant Portal and click Accept Your Offer. You will need to do this within two weeks after your Course Interview.

In June, parents and carers are invited to a presentation from the senior leadership team about your start at Esher and what to expect at enrolment in August.

In June, you will be invited to attend one of two Taster Days to experience a full day at Esher with sessions in all your chosen subjects, plus a free choice lesson.

The free choice session will give you the opportunity to try a different subject if you are finding it difficult choosing between subjects.

This is an important day to attend and starts at 8:55am and finishes approximately at 2:55pm.

We will email you with your Enrolment date and time before the end of the summer term.

Our Enrolment takes place over a three-day period although you will only be invited to attend on one of these days and you will only need to be at the College for approximately one hour. At your Enrolment Interview you will meet one of our teachers where you will confirm your study programme.

At the beginning of September, you will be invited in to meet your tutor and tutor group for a morning or afternoon of activities.

A few days after Induction, your timetable will be available via the database, ready to start lessons the following week.
