“I feel myself at Esher. You’re treated like a young adult, it’s a kind environment and teachers genuinely care – they are brilliant at what they do.”

I’d outgrown my secondary school and was ready for a new challenge. The workload is more but I was prepared for this, and you are eased in. I have quite a few extra extension studies and my Music A Level teacher Claire helped me put together a weekly schedule to manage my time – it even covers my part time jobs. This support and learning how to plan has really helped me stay in control of all my College work and extracurricular commitments.

Apart from getting more freedom and meeting lots of fantastic people, the other thing I have loved about Esher, so far, is my courses – especially Performing Arts BTEC. I want to be surrounded by music and drama and I love that I can focus on those subjects in a really supportive and kind environment.
