Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you have the right to request any information held by us which it has not already made available through our publication scheme.  Requests must be made in writing and we may charge a fee, which will have to be calculated according to Fees Regulations.  We are not be required to release information to which an exemption in the Act legitimately applies.  However, we may be required to explain to the applicant why we are not releasing information and we may also have to justify this to the Information Commissioner.

The disclosure of information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act does not give you, or any other party, the right to re-use it in such a way that might infringe the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Should you be dissatisfied with the way in which the College has dealt with your request, you have the right to require us to review our decision. If you wish to request a review, please write to The Principal’s Secretary within 40 working days. You will receive a full response within 20 working days of its receipt.
