Red Carpet Magic at the Esher Oscars Celebrates Student Creativity
It was a full house in the College Theatre last Friday evening as the College community came together for one of the most anticipated events of the year: the Esher Oscars.

The red carpet was rolled out in style to honour the outstanding achievements of students in Photography A Level, Film Studies A Level, Media Studies A Level and BTEC courses Digital Film and Video Production and Film and Television Production.
The evening was a celebration of creativity, talent and hard work, as the nominees’ exceptional work lit up the screen and wowed the audience.
Becky Voller, Divisional Director for Creative Arts and Recreation, remarked: “I can honestly say I think this was one of the best events the Media, Film and Photography teams have ever held both in terms of the slick show and the exceptional quality of student work. It is a joy to see the pride on the students’ faces when their work appears on the big screen, and that’s before I speak about the pride on the faces of their dedicated teachers and technicians.”
