Students and staff returned to College earlier this month to find construction complete and a brand-new building ready for use.

The completed new B block

The new facility, located at the front of the College next to the Tower Block, offers four modern classrooms for Computer Science, IT, Classical Civilisation and Philosophy students. The development also provides upgraded amenities, with new staff, student and accessible toilet facilities, additional office space, and a dedicated meeting room.

Principal Dan Hards said about the expansion to the B Block, “A huge thank you to all the staff involved in helping us undertake the new build. The new space will provide fantastic new facilities for both staff and students for many years to come.”

Although the building is already fully operational and welcoming students, it will receive its official opening in October, when Monica Harding, Liberal Democrat MP for Esher and Walton, and Munira Wilson, Liberal Democrat MP for Twickenham, will visit to formally mark the occasion.
