Tai Chi for Health Intermediate

A course for exploring tai chi and qigong sequences for fun and its many health benefits.  
Suitable for those with at least a year’s experience in Tai chi.
Mindful movement, practising tai chi helps to improve and maintain fitness, calm the mind and much, much more!
