I very quickly adapted to Esher and felt welcomed by all the teachers and fellow students
I had high expectations of Esher due to all I had heard about it and it definitely did meet my expectations. Esher has allowed me to meet so many different kinds of people and enabled me to make friendships that I know will last forever. I very quickly adapted to Esher and felt welcomed by all the teachers and fellow students.
The help and support at Esher is brilliant. Lunchtime subject specific clinics and feedback from teachers have encouraged me to do well in all my subjects. Esher also provides additional support, such as trips to help with our courses. For example, as a German AS student I was able to go on a trip to London’s film festival and as a Biology AS Student, I recently visited London Zoo.
My current subjects should hopefully lead me to study either Medicine or Biochemistry at university next year. I’d like to become a medic in the army, do humanitarian aid around the world, or go on to become a researcher. Esher is so supportive of what you want to do and has tons of opportunities available for a range of careers. I am currently volunteering at Kingston Hospital, to gain experience for my personal statement and we are frequently sent emails from our careers department alerting us to opportunities.
