I chose Esher College because all of my friends were going and I wanted a change from a school environment. I live in Teddington and my journey to College takes about 30 minutes, I usually come by train and change at New Malden or I get the bus to Hampton Court and take the train one stop to Thames Ditton.
The best part of being at Esher is that the College promotes independent learning and this gives me the flexibility to study in the LRC at College or at home during my private study periods. You are also treated more like an adult which has helped me to become more responsible.
The teachers are really supportive and approachable and are always available if you need help. I regularly attend the Biology subject tutorials that take place three times a week at lunch times. They are really helpful and a great place to go if you are unsure about anything.
I am hoping to go and study Economics and Politics at Leeds University. I would definitely recommend Esher to anyone thinking of coming, I have really enjoyed my time here.
