These past two years at Esher College have been absolutely fantastic. It has allowed me to become so much more independent, not only in how I learn but also in how I organise my time, which I feel is fundamental preparation for life at university

Esher College seemed to be the most obvious choice after leaving secondary school. It provided the best balance between a highly academic environment and a relaxed, social place to study. Perhaps one of the most daunting prospects of moving on to College was taking a subject I had not studied before, in my case Politics. However, the Politics department were fantastic at managing the introduction to this entirely new subject, particularly through extra support out of lessons.

One of the highlights of my time at Esher has been the college production. As one of the musicians it was amazing to be part of a production with a full band as well as all the other hallmarks of a professional production. The final product was something I was really proud of and highlighted the wide range of talents at Esher College. These past two years at Esher College have been absolutely fantastic. It has allowed me to become so much more independent, not only in how I learn but also in how I organise my time, which I feel is fundamental preparation for life at university. Next year I hope to go on to study Politics at Warwick.
