We have the following vacancy to start from 1st September 2010:

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Curriculum and Staff Development

Starting salary £56,500 per annum

Pay award pending for 2010 - 2011

Applications are invited from teaching professionals to join the senior management team and assume oversight and responsibility for curriculum and staff development activities, although previous experience of both of these areas is not necessarily required. Above all the successful candidate will be dynamic, progressive, questioning, lively – and also a committed and successful teacher. Subject specialism is immaterial to selection.

HEAD OF GEOGRAPHY

We have the following vacancy to start from 1st September 2010:

HEAD OF GEOGRAPHY – Full Time

To lead the Geography Department and teach AS and A level Geography. Applicants will need to be enthusiastic and committed teachers who are aware of and sympathetic to the needs of 16-19 year olds.

Salary will be on the Sixth Form College pay scale, Management Range B. Total package £38,237 - £40,738 per annum inclusive of fringe area allowance and Professional Standards Payment if appropriate. Pay award pending for 2010-2011.
