Please use the reset password facility on the front screen of the online application system to request a new password (see Section 16 of the online guide). This will generate an email to your email address with a link, click on the link and you will be required to enter your new password.  It is advisable to click the remember me?  box on the front screen, this will automatically recall your password when you enter your email address.

Your UCI number is your Unique Candidate Identifier. Your current school should be able to provide you with this information.  This is not a mandatory field and you can complete your application without it.
  
Your ULN number is your Unique Learner Number.  Your current school should be able to provide you with this information. This is not a mandatory field and you can complete your application without it.
  
All Open Applications will be pending until Monday 26 September when you will be able to log-in to your account to check if you have been successful.
  
All children who are subject to a care order (Children Act 1989, section 31),
interim care order (Children Act 1989, section 38) or emergency protection order
(Children Act 1989, section 44) where the local authority has acquired parental
responsibility for that child. Children under a (criminal law) supervision order with
a residence requirement to live in local authority accommodation
